OVER 40 YEARS OF SERVING BELL COUNTY.

For over 40 years, CRW Construction has been serving Bell County with superior service for new construction, historic restorations, and custom remodeling. In 1978, Jack Caesar and his son-in-laws John Russell and Dean Winkler formed CRW to combine their talents to build spec and custom homes. Jack was a Realtor, accountant, and professor; John had construction management and drafting experience; and Dean had business management and carpentry experience. In true entrepreneur fashion, they spent their days working in the field then worked on bids for new jobs after hours. Their superior creativity and craftsmanship gained notoriety quickly as the second home they built won “Home of the Year” at the 1979 Temple Area Builders Association’s (TABA) Parade of Homes.

Over the years, their business evolved from building custom homes to residential and commercial remodeling and new commercial and industrial structures. CRW is proud to have been a part of building many structures in Bell County and are especially honored to be trusted to restore historical buildings in both Belton and Temple’s downtown areas. The CRW team has made it a priority to be involved in the community.

Dean is a past president of TABA and and Kiwanis Club. Dean is active in his local church. He is also Trustee at UMHB and has served on the board of the Ralph Wilson Youth Club for over 20 years and the CRW team is active in giving back to make the community better.
