Our journey began with Rebecca, a passionate real estate professional who started her career in Houston, TX, in 1979. After moving to Tyler in 1997, Rebecca brought her expertise to residential sales, farms and ranches, corporate relocation, foreclosures, short sales, estates, new construction, and investment properties. Her personal touch and dedication to her clients have been the cornerstone of our business. 

Rebecca's love for real estate led her to found The Burks Team, a family-centered business where treating clients like family is our motto. Alongside her was Danny, a true visionary who began his real estate career in 1994 to support Rebecca. Danny, who cherished lifelong learning, transitioned from a successful ministry career in 2002 to fully dedicate himself to real estate—this pivotal moment marked the official establishment of The Burks Team. Under Danny's leadership, the team flourished, selling over 6,000 homes in East Texas and founding the successful Crosspointe Management Group.

Our family legacy continues with our sons, Ben, Zach, and Aaron, each bringing their unique skills and passions to the team. Ben, a proud Texas A&M graduate, has been part of The Burks Team since he was 14, running errands and learning the business from the ground up. He officially earned his real estate license in 2004 and has since excelled in real estate investments, earning numerous accolades. Unlike Ben, Zach and Aaron initially pursued their own paths before returning to contribute their talents to the family business. Zach, with a background in business marketing and experience at top advertising firms, has a sharp eye for marketing and client satisfaction. Aaron, the youngest to obtain his real estate license, combines his accounting and IT expertise to manage our finances and operations smoothly. Zach's wife, Michaela, joined the group after their marriage, adding her expertise in market analysis and negotiations to our team’s diverse skill set. Together, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet all your real estate needs.
