ABOUT Gregory Property Management

Gregory Property Mangement was established in the early 80s.  The success of this company has been to handle properties in the Tyler, Texas area like they were our own. 

We represent tenants and property owners both. We treat all parties honestly and ethically.

It is very important in property management to look at the whole picture. The condition and location of the property, ammenities included with each property and the owner's willingness to maintain properties all play a part in compensation. We have no in-house contractors and do not make money on any repairs scheduled.

We manage single-family homes, multi-family homes and commercial property in the Tyler area. We can provide many different management plans custom designed for each owner. We can also help facilitate a family changing from being a tenant to a home owner.
