Dr. Burrow was raised in Richardson , Texas as the oldest of four boys. He finished undergraduate school from University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Biology, then completed Baylor Dental School in 1981. The lure of a smaller community to start a family (and great fishing), led him to Tyler in 1982.
Dr. Burrow is married to his wife, Annette. They have three wonderful children. Two boys and a girl, who have all grown and are off on their own journeys in life. He spends his spare time with hobbies such as fishing for bass and trout, tennis, and snow skiing. He has a special interest in landscape gardening that he learned from his late grandmother. And he couldn't forget his constant companion…his twelve pound dachshund, Buster Brown.
Dr. Jake Kirby grew up in West Monroe, LA and is proud to claim some of the "Duck Dynasty" folks as family. Growing up, he visited Central and North Texas quite often to see family and friends and has always had Texas as a deeply rooted part of his life. Dr. Kirby's wife, Jamie (a physician for TMF), is from San Antonio, and they've lived in Temple, Dallas, and Kansas City before making Tyler their home. They are the proud parents of 2 boys, Beau and Luke.
Dr. Kirby received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and his bachelors degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where he played 4 years of college baseball as a 2nd baseman. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry as well as taking care of the entire family's oral healthcare needs. Away from the dental office, Dr. Kirby enjoys hunting, golf, tennis, running, basketball, traveling often to West Monroe and Dallas to see his family, and being involved in the community and local churches.

He and his wife, Dr. Ana Crawford, also a dentist, have lived all over the state of Texas as they completed their educations to include Dallas, San Antonio, and Salado. They are the proud parents of two sons, Kole and Jack.
After being awarded a competitive Health Professions Scholarship from the US Navy, the Crawford family has spent four years serving our country in the Navy Dental Corps, to include an internship at Parris Island, SC.
