Our Beginning

REALTY XPERTS was founded by Michael and Gena Syvertson in 2021. With a combined 30+ of years of experience in real estate they felt it was time to start their own real estate office. 

Michael started his professional career early in life selling cars. His humble beginnings lead to him being sales manager at Valley Ford in Mayville ND.  Wanting to grow even more he founded Syvertson Auto Sales in Portland ND. After astounding success, he wanted to take a break from the fast paced life of dealer ownership and officially became a licensed Realtor while working miscellaneous jobs throughout the 90’s. In the early 00’s he worked his way up to General Manager at Precision Equipment Manufacturing In Fargo ND. In the mid-to-late 00’s he co-founded Spice Enterprises, the parent company of REALTY XPERTS that Michael and Gena continue to run to this day.  

Gena started her professional career in sales and service with a local computer and networking company. After deciding she wanted a change of pace, she found her true passion in life, Real Estate. Gena has been with a few brokerages over the years, gaining experience and knowledge. 

While Michael and Gena have won many awards over the years, the most current and notable is the distinct “#1 ND Team in Closed Volume and Revenue”. This award was received while at the Remax/Legacy Realty Office in 2020.

Experience is only one variable in the equation. Michael and Gena have an unrivaled passion for real estate. Not only do they want to share this passion with all of their clients, but with the opening of their new offices they want to share their passion with other top producers in the local real estate market.

The REALTY XPERTS office does not specialize in one division of the market. Whether you are buying or selling; whether you are looking for your first home; or looking for your luxury retirement home, they have the experience needed to close the deal.
