Hope Road Counseling

Hope Road was founded by Mobberly Baptist Church with the desire to provide Gospel-centered professional therapeutic care for all of East Texas.

Our purpose at Hope Road is to help individuals become more physically, emotionally and spiritually whole. Our counselors are well trained and provide the best care possible. At Hope Road, we believe healing and growth take place in the context of the Gospel, in community with others, and through the work of the Spirit in one’s heart.

Life can be hard and it often exposes shattered dreams and disruptive struggles. We can find ourselves grasping for hope when we encounter tragedy and feeling despair. Our counseling staff is made up of men and women who willing wrestle with their own disappointments in life, which helps them walk alongside others encountering difficulties. The work they have done in their own lives gives them compassion and the ability to care for others well, offering them hope in the powerful healing available from an awesome God and company in the midst of their despair.

Our desire at Hope Road is to create a safe place where you can be authentic, wrestle deeply, enter into your heartache, and not be afraid to be messy in the midst of the disruption that brings you into the counseling office. We intend to offer a place for the restoration of weary souls, spiritually strengthening people and walking them towards knowing the Savior more deeply.
