In 2017 Sarah Ward started dreaming of creating a fun ice cream shop in downtown Longview. After making pounds and pounds of ice cream, she and her husband, Justin, got a restaurant-grade countertop freezer.

In 2019 Macy Bannert, creator of unique desserts and ice cream, commented about wanting to run an ice cream shop on Facebook. Sarah jumped on the opportunity and they connected to trade flavors and recipe secrets.

These mommas focus on sourcing the best ingredients as close to East Texas as they could get. The result? Some of the freshest, creamiest, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious ice cream flavors on the planet! Is that too high of a calling? We don’t think so. Try for yourself.
