In 2020, we introduced our region's first active adult community, named The Ranch at The Wilds. A private retreat, amenity-rich neighborhood that’s surrounded by modern conveniences. The community centerpiece for social, recreational and fitness activity, the clubhouse offers resort-style amenities, including a fitness center, golf simulator and outdoor swimming pool, just a few steps from the front door of your new home. The community will consist of 77 beautifully designed homes and is located at the intersection of 52nd Ave West and 9th Street West in West Fargo.
