My technician was very friendly and helpful as well as informative on the pests we were dealing with. They do guarantee their work and are friendly and courteous. With the baits that they set our pest problem has diminished but they did explain to me that the pest we are dealing with is one we will have to stay on top of as they are very reproductive (German roaches). I have seen excellent results. I used another local company and they would not guarantee their work and after 30 days we started having the problem again.
