Triumph Community Bank: ‘Community’ Is Its Middle Name!

Considering the word “community” is literally the bank’s middle name, it’s easy to understand why Triumph Community Bank does so much to help the Quad Cities area.

Founded in 2001, today Triumph Community Bank has expanded to 18 branches and multiple ATMs throughout Illinois and eastern Iowa. With that growth has come many hard-working employees, who are all committed to “serving, supporting, and celebrating our community and its people.”

The staff of Triumph Community Bank volunteers in many ways, including participating in local service organizations, clubs, festivals, and events; coaching and managing youth sports; and serving on the boards and committees of many area schools, hospitals, community groups, and other organizations.

The bank itself supports several charitable efforts, too. From sponsoring the Quad Cities Marathon to participating in the East Moline Independence Day Parade to donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to various local organizations, Triumph Community Bank takes pride in giving back.

One of the bank’s favorite ways to encourage internal giving is by hosting bimothly Casual for a Cause days, when employees “pay up to dress down.” Every quarter, one branch in each market picks a local cause to support; the remaining Casual for a Cause days support bank-wide charitable initiatives. Every penny from these drives is donated to charity.

Since day one, Triumph Community Bank has been a trusted, integral part of the Quad Cities community -- both in work and in charity. After all, “community” is the bank’s middle name!
