Lisa Carstens began her succesful career in real estate when she was just 22 years of age. She accepted a position as a marketing assistant for two top producing agents at Mel Foster Co. and after spending seveal years working with the agents, they announced their upcoming retirement. However, their work would not be complete until they, along with Lisa's former sales manager, convinced her to obtain her real estate license and pursue a career as REALTOR.

With a strong sales background, a high level of self-motivation, and a love for serving others, running a real estate business was the perfect fit for Lisa. As a lifelong resident of Quad Cities, Lisa is well versed in all aspects of the area and enjoys working with clients that come from a variety of backgrounds.

Lisa’s business has grown over the years so she decided to add a Real Estate assistant to her team. Malinda Kelley a Iowa licensed Realtor with 15 year experience in Real Estate, Malinda helps Lisa and her clients with the day to day operations of assisting Lisa with marketing and as a transaction coordinator. Lisa is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a Batchelor’s Degree in Human Relations.
