At Encompass Midwifery, we believe birth is a powerful and transformative experience. Our mission is to help families reclaim childbirth through personalized, evidence-informed care that honors your body, your choices, and your story.

We provide trauma-informed, consent-based midwifery care rooted in trust, education, and empowerment. From prenatal visits through postpartum care, we offer hands-on support that prepares you for a confident and connected home birth experience.

Our approach follows the Midwifery Model of Care—centered on informed consent, individualized attention, and respect for every family. We proudly serve low-risk families across the Quad Cities area, including Illinois counties Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, and Whiteside, and Iowa counties Scott, Muscatine, Cedar, and Clinton.
