MISSION STATEMENT: At Aligned Beauty & Wellness, my mission is to provide restorative, affirming care to my clients in a space that feels like home.

I specialize in:
• 3D areola tattooing for breast cancer survivors and members of the Transgender community
• Personalized makeup applications for all occassions and one-on-one makeup lessons
• Restorative, nourishing, and corrective facial treatments designed with detail to address a variety of skin concerns
• Full body sugaring hair removal for all gender expressions

My goal is to create a safe space where healing, self-expression, celebration, and compassion can coexist. Aligned is a place where you escape from the world to be yourself - it is a place where I can help you feel like YOU again, and therefore "Aligned" in your body, mind, and spirit.

ABOUT THE OWNER: My name is Nikki Murray. I'm a licensed makeup artist, aesthetician, tattoo artist, and the founder of Aligned Beauty & Wellness LLC.

Iam personally a survivor of breast cancer and empathize with the toll it takes on you physically and mentally, even long after recovery. When I discovered paramedical tattooing, I felt a pull within me that said "This is how I'm meant to serve others. This is how I give back", and thus the foundation for Aligned was born.

I was certified in 3D Areola Tattooing through the Housley Institute in Cincinnati, OH, and combine holistic spa treatments with medical aesthetics to promote healing and confidence. My background in aesthetics spans everything from makeup artistry, to energy work, to sugaring, and even laser technician training. I am passionate about learning, and have made it my personal mission to learn as much as I can during my limited time on earth.

Outside of Aligned Beauty & Wellness, I am a proud mother and creative professional who also serves as the Lead Makeup Artist at Terror At Skellington Manor in Rock Island, IL. Building and growing my MUA Team has been my passion project since 2019, and I have been acting at Skellington since 2015.
