Electronic Media - Marketing - Management - Public Relations - Creative

The Entrepreneurial Center (EDGE) connects students with community organizations in need of communications, marketing and creative services, including web design. The students gain real experience to enhance their portfolios and résumés. Businesses and not-for-profit organizations gain a low-cost resource for their marketing needs.

The Center houses a number of groups including the Augustana Web Guild which dates back over 25 years. The student-led organization provides a number of services to both the campus and the community. They include:

• Web Skills Training
• Professional Web Design
• Professional Learning Opportunities

They have served hundreds of clients both in the Quad Cities and across the United States. Their focus is on creating modern, high quality websites for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. They then provide long-term ongoing support. They currently have over 200 clients on annual contract. Other services offered include:

• Event Management
• And other creative services
