Seth Malott is the Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty in Rapid City, South Dakota. Seth launched his real estate career in 2008, quickly establishing himself as a top producer. In 2013, he acquired the brokerage and received the Rising Star Award from the Black Hills Association of Realtors that same year. Under his leadership, CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty has garnered numerous production and quality service awards, with Seth earning individual recognition for quality service. Known for his professionalism, integrity, compassion, and commitment to communication, Seth has become a trusted name in the Black Hills real estate market.
Beyond real estate, Seth is passionate about giving back to his community. Primarily, he thrives when helping others in their pursuit of sobriety and living life to their fullest. Having over 2 years of sobriety himself, he understands that in order to keep it, he needs to give it away. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the He Sapa Community Alliance, which is currently working to establish the Common Grace warming shelter. Whenever possible, on Fridays at 4 p.m., Seth volunteers to serve hot meals to those who need them. He was recently the past president of the local domestic abuse shelter and has been actively involved with it since 2016. He still assists there as needed. And finally, every Monday, he has the privilege of delivering Meals on Wheels, an organization he cares deeply for and has been involved with since 2013.
Above all, Seth's greatest pride is his family. He is devoted to being the best husband he can possibly be to his AMAZING wife of 14 years, Brittany. He also does all he can to be the best father he can possibly be to his three amazing boys: Crosby (11), Wells (8), and Burke (5). On the side, Seth hosts a podcast called SOBERCITY, where he sits down with inspiring individuals who have overcome alcoholism and addiction. For fun, Seth is happiest playing poker tournaments in Deadwood, golfing with his wife, scuba diving, and making as many core memories with his boys as he can.
