The story of Leon Bismark “Bix” Beiderbecke is centered on Jazz music. Beiderbecke was a rambler who traveled widely throughout the United States loving good food, good drinks and good music. Jazz itself has also traveled the country and the globe. Jazz has been influential in both the culture and cuisine of the places where it has landed. Like our namesake Bix Bistro tries to embody the spirit of American culture, cuisine and music.
