We greatly value and appreciate our customers. We are dedicated in our efforts to earn your trust by operating with the highest degree of integrity and service. Not only do we work as a family, we also take great care to make our employees and customers feel part of the family too.
Our work is a form of creativity and art for us. Crafting a distinctive piece or helping someone plan for a special moment is the core of our business. We’re not here just to sell – we’re here to help you find gifts that will be treasured by those you care about.
Here are a few other things you should know about us:
Doland Jewelers is a member of the Retail Jewelers Organization, which gives us the purchasing power of 750 stores. That means we have a greater scope of vendors and jewelry available to us.
We have four Graduate Gemologists on staff certified by the Gemological Institute of America to honestly and accurately answer any questions you may have. This is the most prestigious school in the world to study gems.
Every client gets our best price and customer service every day. The combination of fine quality diamonds and our knowledgeable staff makes Doland Jewelers the best place to make your jewelry investment.
Financing: Convenient financing is available for you with approved credit. Rule of Thumb suggests that an engagement ring should cost between 2-3 months of one’s salary.
Complimentary Services: Wedding and engagement rings purchased at Doland can be cleaned and checked at any time. We also do free appraisals and we’ll solder your engagement ring and wedding band together at no charge. Rhodium plating can be applied every twelve to eighteen months.
Upgrading: Our upgrade policy is in place to protect you, given the fact that diamonds and gold are world commodities and prices fluctuate over time. If you decide to upgrade your diamond, you will receive credit for the amount of your original purchase when you spend at least 50% more on your new purchase.
Certified Stones: Every loose diamond we sell is graded in accordance to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) standards. We also do not sell conflict diamonds.
