We specialize in Traditional training in the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do and the Korean Sport of Tae Kwon Do. We also offer a Jujitsu program, a Beginner’s Tai Chi program, and a Mixed Martial Arts program. Martial Arts classes are available for Men, Women, and Children ages 4 and up. We also teach Self-Defense courses and Te-Geri Kickboxing Fitness which is an intense cardiovascular karate-based workout designed to greatly improve physical fitness and endurance. Self-Defense and Te-Geri classes are for teens and adults.
