Since 1983, Lawns LTD has grown from a one-woman mowing operation into one of Waco’s most established full-service landscape companies. We are proud members of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, a preferred landscape provider for CBRE, and even maintain the grounds of the iconic Alico building.

Lawns LTD cares for and maintains grounds year-round, from mowing, trimming/pruning, and more - with a focus on creativity and long-term landscaping sustainability, installing designs that are uncomplicated to maintain. We are committed to giving back to the Waco community. Each year, the company donates a combination of time, product, and discounted service to a mission-driven project or organization, and we stay active through local sponsorships and Waco Chamber of Commerce participation. Recent community projects include Sister C’s Serenity Garden at Ascension Providence Hospital, Hillcrest Baptist Church’s Wellness Center, and the Bledsoe-Miller STEAM Center.
