HEB Gives Back

Who doesn’t love their H-E-B? The grocery store chain we all know and love was started by Florence Butt in 1905. Headquartered in San Antonio, with a regional office in Waco, H-E-B is the largest privately owned company in Texas and operates 400 stores in Northern Mexico and Texas. H-E-B is committed to helping the communities in which they are located, supporting initiatives like the H-E-B Food Bank Assistance Program; their annual Feast of Sharing holiday dinners held across the state and in Mexico; the Spirit of H-E-B trailer and Disaster Relief Units that provide onsite relief in areas devastated by natural disasters. The 29th Annual H-E-B Feast of Sharing will be held at the Waco Convention Center on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. To volunteer call 254-662-2595.  H-E-B partners with Caritas of Waco, United Way of McLean County, March of Dimes, American Heart Association and many more organizations throughout the Waco area.
