About Us

Welcome to Elite Therapy Center! We offer children's physical, occupational and speech therapy services for children ages birth through 21 years old. We have clinics in Waco (new location), Gatesville, West, Temple and Killeen. Our team approach promotes collaboration with families, physicians, and schools. 

Elite Therapy Center is made up of professional speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists from the central Texas area working in an interdisciplinary environment to meet the unique needs of each child. Our team works with a range of diagnosis from mild to severe in various settings including our private clinics, daycares, private schools, and in the home setting. Our treatment plans are designed to accomplish goals through fun and motivating activities.
