How much notice do I need to give to schedule a shoot?

That depends on how busy we are. You can see our available times when you are booking a shoot. Many times we are able to do next day or 2 day out bookings, but it is not guaranteed.

How do I book a shoot? Text you to schedule?

Create an account if you haven’t already.  You will need to log in and order the shoot for it to be booked.  Time slots will not be held without a confirmed booking so be sure to finalize the shoot as soon as possible. Once you are logged in and ordering a shoot, you can see all the times available and schedule right in our system.

What is the turn around time for the pictures?

Pictures will be delivered within 24-48 hours. You will typically receive them in the afternoon of the day following your shoot, but some large properties or twilight sessions may take up to 48 hours. If you have time constraints, we strongly encourage you to purchase a Rush upgrade which guarantees that you will have your pictures within 24 hours. However, this does not guarantee that you will receive them on the same-day as your shoot. Time constraints without purchasing the Rush upgrade are unable to be accommodated due to our busy schedule. Every effort is made to get your pictures back to you as quickly as possible, but please remember that the pictures go through extensive editing to be ready for you and that takes time to complete.

What is the turn-around time for the Get it Sold video?

The video will be made shortly after your pictures are delivered.

What is the turn-around time for Virtual Staging or the Cinematic Videos?

These take longer to complete.  You should have them back in 2-4 days from the time of the shoot.

What is the best time of day to get my photos done?

Pictures look best when the light is on the front of the house.  If it faces East, do a morning shoot.   If the home faces West, it’s best to do an afternoon shoot.   Houses that face North or South generally look good at any time but mid-day would be considered ‘best’.

I see a lot of options I don’t need.  Can I just order the pictures?

No.  All pictures are put into the system so you can retrieve them.  We have created the system so it always provides the basic package.  Even if you aren’t going to use the extras, they’re still there for your use.

After the pictures are done how will I know and how do I get them?

When the pictures are completed you will get an email letting you know.  Everything is available in the system when you log in.  Select the house you want to see.  Then you will be able to download the pictures in print and/or MLS quality, use the drag and drop flyer creator, get links to your websites and download your video (if you ordered the Get it Sold package).

Is your drone operator licensed and insured?

Yes! We only use a Licensed Drone Pilot. We are also insured for liability.

Weather and Drone Shoots:

If the weather is not allowing us to safely fly our drone, we will reschedule with you for the very next available time possible.

How long do you keep the pictures and videos?

We host the digital media online for one year.  We keep the media offline for one year after your initial time frame.  You are able to extend your pictures and videos online for an additional fee per year.

Do you have a list of how to prepare my clients for getting their home show-ready?

Yes!  Right on the home page, you are able to email a copy directly from us to your clients.  Just put their email in the box and send!  You can also send it to yourself to print and use it in your listing presentations.

What can I do with the pictures?

The pictures are yours to use in your marketing as long as you want.  Share them with other agents within your brokerage for marketing the property, use them in ‘Just Listed’ and ‘Just Sold’ pieces, market with them in print or email form and gift them to your clients at COE.  (If you do have the pictures used in magazine or other published marketing, please let us know! We are excited to see it!) If you lose the listing, they cannot be used by the next agent or as a FSBO.  (But you can still use them!)  The new agent or owners will need to pay Sold in a Snap to use the photos.  The new agent or owner can contact us directly to get licensing rights.  You also may not pass off the work as your own in any way, including contests.  You may not sell or give the photos to another agent or business for their use (contractors, builders, designers, stagers, for written articles etc.)  They are welcome to use the photos for their use after they contact us and purchase the licensing rights to do so.

Can I have some parts of the home done one day and others done another day?

Yes.  Select the Multi-Trip option when selecting a package.

Do you do headshots?

Yes.  There are really 2 different ways to do them.
  1. We can have a group meeting at your brokerage (minimum 5 people).  Everyone will get 2 re-touched pictures.
  2. You can schedule a private session at your chosen location for you or your team.

How many pictures can be in the Get it Sold video?

You can get a video with 20, 24 or 28 photos. You may receive many more photos than that depending on the home.  In that case, we  narrow it down to the best 28 photos for the video.  The videos are created to be engaging and keep home buyer’s attention.  We do not make videos longer than that so your video is successful.

Can I ask for changes to the photos or video after it is completed?

Yes you can.  You have 48 hours to ask for any changes.  After that time, it will be billed as additional work.
