We opened in 2002 as a drive-thru restaurant, serving boiled crawfish, boiled crabs, and boiled shrimp. L.T.'s was named so in memory of Lance Talley, son of Billy and Tammy Talley (owners), who passed away in 2000. Our current location, opened in 2010, is a dine-in and drive-thru restaurant. L.T.'s is a Cajun restaurant serving boiled seafood, fried seafood, steaks, pastas, and sandwiches.
