As third generation Iowa farmers, who toiled the same soil we farm on today, we take pride in continuing to nourish the deep roots that our family has planted in this community. Having raised our kids here in North Liberty, Iowa, we understand the magic that makes this community special.

Colony Acres was planted in our community over 95 years ago and continues to live our promise to deliver wholesome fun and deep-rooted value to our community.

Colony Pumpkin Patch is now Colony Acres!

As time has passed, we’ve grown. We’ve grown beyond our family’s chapter of solely offering seasonal pumpkins in North Liberty and our new name reflects the Acres of fun to be had on our farm though out the year.

From beautiful sunflower walks in August to family pumpkin picking in September and October —and now Christmas trees and decor in November— we are more than a pumpkin patch.

And coming in 2023, we’ll be opening a new event and retail space that will be perfect for hosting weddings, corporate events, live music, and so much more! We can’t wait to share more as this dream becomes a reality.
